Embedding mold

This page shows images of the embedding system used at the Mrsic-Flogel lab. The first two images show the assembled system:

The sample is supported on the ends of the two aluminium strips, which are held in place using magnets. The mold is then placed around the sample (as shown in the first two images). Then the mold is filled with agar (not shown).
